Jim was sent out to check our ge profile REFRIGERATOR that wasn't working. He was very pleasant professional and diagnosed problem and was able to fix it. Explained what needed to be fixed and why. Would highly recommend him.

John was really good to diagnose the issue and communicate clearly what the problem was. He was very courteous and very helpful in resolving the issue. While John was excellent my issue with Sears Home Insurance is that they rescheduled the appointment 3 times since the claim was raised and I was notified only towards the end of the day. So the entire day from 8am until 5pm I was at home waiting for the technician to show up only to realize they were not.

Steve showed up as scheduled, asked what the dishwasher was doing and did some quick research..he was able to reset the frozen control panel and get the unit working as normal.
