Service provided by the technician was excellent. However dealing with sears home services customer service to get status of parts was terrible.

Tech was prompt and professional. Only complaint is, and not really with Tech, that Sears does not allow for techs to move appliances to access back of washer. We had to move washer out and place back unless tech wouldn't be able to work on washer today. That should be something told to the customer prior to tech coming out as it could have been moved out last evening a bit more easily.

Mark did a great job repairing my dryer. 😊 Edit to post: The technicians that come out to repair appliances are knowledgeable. The downside is that Sears can never find the needed parts to repair. I’ve had a washer and a dryer that they couldn’t find a replacement part for. I ordered my own part for the dryer (had no problem getting the part). DO NOT PURCHASE their Whole Home Warrenty unless you want to wait two months or more for parts to be possibly located. Just my experience.

I waited 9 days for service on my air conditioner, which is terrible!!! The repairman came at 6pm, my window for service was 8.00am-12.00pm. The repairman didn't have a full tank of Freon to add to my unit. That's not acceptable!! I need to get service ASAP , hopefully Monday July 22, it's unreasonable to continue to wait Weeks to get this repaired. Please help

I request to diagnose the issue correctly and give correct feed back. your technician did not diagnose the issue correctly, instead reported to the warrant company that the unit was physically tampered like fan blade was bent. If the AC fan blade was bent, in should not work or make abnormal nice but nor run and does not cool the house for hours of running. I am very disappointed the way the unit was diagnosed
