Worst service ever. Technician showed first time saying my GE fridge needed the fan replaced. He then ordered the parts and scheduled the second appointment one week later. After a few days I have not received anything, so I called Sears to inquire about the order status. I got connected 66 MINUTES later. The representative said the parts have delivered to the technician’s side and everything is ready for the second appointment to replace the fan. Today, the technician showed as scheduled and of course NO parts. He has to order the parts again and reschedule the repair next Monday. I don’t want to continue with Sears anymore. I called again and after 30 minutes and 4 transfers, the rep said he cannot cancel the repair for me because the system is in maintenance. He asked me to call back on Monday, which is supposed to be the repair day. I asked what if the technician shows up before you can “cancel” my order. The rep said actually he didn’t see any coming appointment in the system and no parts has been ordered yet. What??? It’s a broken system. Nobody knows what they’re doing. There’s no words can be trusted. They tell you one thing today and will say a completely opposite thing tomorrow. I still don’t know how I can cancel my repair. DO NOT use Sears.

Teck replaced ordered part but did not check to see if dryer was actually heating as that was the original problem !!!!
