Robert was great, he was prompt, and worked efficiently. He explained some features of the washer, do's and don'ts, and put it back together for use while we await the replacement part. Thankfully he did that as our home warranty company denied the claim and now we have to appeal to get the part. Sears is lucky to have a technician such as Robert, and I would be happy to have him come and work on any future needs we might have arise.

The person came for a washer when the appointment was for the dryer. Whoever scheduled it made a mistake. The number was correct so the tech went ahead and fix the problem. I would’ve rated it 5 star but 4 will do for the mistake.
