Customer Oriented Technician

Robert was great, he was prompt, and worked efficiently. He explained some features of the washer, do's and don'ts, and put it back together for use while we await the replacement part. Thankfully he did that as our home warranty company denied the claim and now we have to appeal to get the part. Sears is lucky to have a technician such as Robert, and I would be happy to have him come and work on any future needs we might have arise.

Magnificent Service

Zarin did a wonderful job today repairing our dryer. He was punctual, friendly, and exhibited interpersonal and technical skills while completing his tasks. He worked with a sense of urgency and maintained safety to entire time. He should be promoted and is highly recommended. My tenants spoke highly of him.

Washer repair

Kenneth was great and very informative. However I want to say that customer service and the automated service is horrible. Not being able to talk to anyone is horrible. I also had 2 no show appointments . We lost 2 days of work .

The repairman was very professional and had detailed information about the repairs and solutions. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix the problem with the ice maker because the internal wire was broken inside the refrigerator door and they discontinued making that type of door.
