Jarrod was the actual Tech
Jarrod was outstanding. My issue is the difficulty talking to a Human. There is only an AI robot with no option to speak to someone. This creates huge issues when trying to coordinate service between Sears and a home warranty company sych as American Home Shield which has very few proficient English speaking Americans working for them.

Best Service
Louis has been here 3 times through the years on Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, new compressor each time. So it's a big, long fix. He knows his stuff and he's so personable. Thanks to him for always doing a great job.
