Came to do home warranty work on my 10+ year old frig ice maker they ordered parts parts came within a week repair all done great work and repair person was very knowledgeable with the job

Not Marc‘s fault, but experience so far has been terrible. We were told one time to be available for the repair man between 8:00 and 1:00 . We received a second text telling us he should be here at 9:14. 914 came and left no sign of anybody next text says 12:30 or so. 12:30 came and went no repair man. Next text comes that repairman should br here at 3:30. 330 came and went no sign of anybody. And we are never given any phone number to call to get any more information. after 330 we are called to reschedule. Very unimpressive. No consideration for Our time wasted sitting around the house waiting for someone to show up. They expect us to be available but nothing in return.

I had an issue trying to update my work I needed on my lawn tractor on your AI,I had no luck When I used the chat,it was priced differently than the price was. David had what he needed to complete my needs on my tractor. There was no way to talk to a representative. That was a big problem. David was a big help.

The technician, who was very nice, was unable to replicate a leak of my LG frontload washer. After he left I did a small load of wash using all his tips on preventing leaks. The washer started leaking again. The technician ran all the necessary tests to recreate the leak but was unsuccessful. I poked around after the technician left and found a small manufactured hole in the rubber seal around the opening of the machine. It allows for drainage. It was fully clogged with hair and lint. I used tweezers and a toothpick to remove the debris. The washer didn't leak after that. I paid $140.00 for advice on preventing leaks. I used that knowledge to solve the problem. I thought that's why I paid for a service.

The repairman that checked my GE Refrigerator was the average guy. But ask me about Sears Home Services? Horrible customer support. My appointment was scheduled in a window of between 8am and 5pm no other choice when asked the timeframe I preferred. Then my appointment was cancelled 3 times last week. I lost a lot of time and money at work waiting for those appointments, only to be cancelled at the last minutes of their work day. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human being, I tried about 10 different phone numbers and got the same man’s voice and recording on all of them. I “spoke “ to Richard once and Samantha twice, the Sears AI Virtual Assistants that were of no help whatsoever. I’m so sorry that I purchased the GE extended warranty and I’m stuck now with the uncaring people behind the facade of AI so they don’t have to deal with their customer’s complaints that go unresolved until they just go away. If I could give 0 Stars for Customer Support, I would.

Technician was more than 2 hours late for the 8-12 range given. He did not apologize but acted surprised that my appointment was supposed to be in the morning, even though each reminder I received showed the appointment time. I missed a full day of work not just the 4 hours I planned for.
