John was the best repair service technician I’ve ever had! He was knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, ordered the parts and completed the repair process. Hopefully this will be the end of the humming noise that has continued periodically since the repairmen replaced a fan last year. Stating the problem was ice buildup on the fan. The first repairmen last year ordered a fan. Second repairman who returned to install the fan said we shouldn’t have replaced the fan. Then told me when it reoccurs just shut the refrigerator off with the doors open for a couple of hours. Ugh John diagnosed that the door needed to be replaced. This made much more sense. He just left and I am very grateful and satisfied with his service. I do have a maintenance agreement so nothing was changed for the repair. I did just renew for five years. That was around $1,500 (4 installments $377). Price listed below is what it would have cost me. Not what I paid. But also includes new refrigerator light and gasket replacement. If you ask me about the AI appointment service and all the trouble I had with if all eeek. That would be a whole other conversation. They get a big zero stars. You cannot replace a human.

Repairman was nice. Scheduling an appointment was an awful experience. Would definitely not renew contract if this is how difficult it is to schedule. Appointments were cancelled at last minute 3 times. Impossible to get humans on the phone.

Great service technician, really confusing support system. Joe was outstanding in fixing the washing machine and getting it up and running again. However, the AI agents we had to use to set up and manage the appointment need a lot of work. We were getting updates on text, email, and automated voice that were constantly changing and conflicting (and why is the AI agent calling from Mahoopany, PA of all places?). The "system" rescheduled our appointment without our consent and we had to go back and reschedule it. Trying to update details of the service request were impossible. And every interaction included having to work through multiple upselling requests. We appreciate being able to schedule a service call on short notice, but confusion and hassle of working through all of the AI agents is probably not worth it.

Brian was my AC technician today. He was knowledgeable and explained the situation. My problem was not resolved today, but Brian will be returning with the needed parts soon. Unfortunately, I was just advised by my home warranty company, that Brian will not be returning to complete the repair. That's too bad because Brian was wonderful. I hope the new technician will be as nice as he was.
