I will give him more stars when he does the work. He evaluated the problem and notified the company of a piece that is needed. It was a broken gas valve. Our last correspondence was a text message stating he would be back this evening at 7:35 to complete the project. November 13,2025. Please confirm with Sears if the information given is correct. So I am assuming the company approved the work. Work is not completed. I cannot give an evaluation because the work was not completed. I hope all works out. He was a very nice man. I only gave the one star so I could complete this.

Scheduled appointment. Waited all day then received a message that they were unable to get to me for my scheduled appointment. When I called Sears Home Services I was told I could not even schedule another appointment for 24 hours. This is the second time this has happened. I will be canceling my contract

Tech was nice, however my refrigerator is making the exact same noise it was prior to him installing new parts. It has never made this noise and it seems they don’t know how to fix the problem.

The technician completely diagnosed this wrong. Two other technicians came down and said there is a leak and nothing to do with dirt etc. the technician caused the warranty to turn my claim down

My parents tried to make an appointment for a washer repair. They scheduled one through AI agent. The AI agent got the address number incorrect. My parents told the AI agent that the address repeated was wrong and confirmed the correct address. The AI repeated the correct address and told them the technician will be coming between the hours of 10-5. My parents waited all day yesterday and no technician showed up. I somehow got a human to answer today to complain and he found out that the incorrect address was in the system still so the techs went to wrong address. I asked him why the techs did not contact my parents to double check the address and he said they do not do that. Absolutely terrible!!

The repairman that checked my GE Refrigerator was the average guy. But ask me about Sears Home Services? Horrible customer support. My appointment was scheduled in a window of between 8am and 5pm no other choice when asked the timeframe I preferred. Then my appointment was cancelled 3 times last week. I lost a lot of time and money at work waiting for those appointments, only to be cancelled at the last minutes of their work day. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human being, I tried about 10 different phone numbers and got the same man’s voice and recording on all of them. I “spoke “ to Richard once and Samantha twice, the Sears AI Virtual Assistants that were of no help whatsoever. I’m so sorry that I purchased the GE extended warranty and I’m stuck now with the uncaring people behind the facade of AI so they don’t have to deal with their customer’s complaints that go unresolved until they just go away. If I could give 0 Stars for Customer Support, I would.

Technician was more than 2 hours late for the 8-12 range given. He did not apologize but acted surprised that my appointment was supposed to be in the morning, even though each reminder I received showed the appointment time. I missed a full day of work not just the 4 hours I planned for.
