The technician never appeared. This is the second time Sears was selected by my home warranty company, Choice Warranty, and failed both times to appear. The Technician verified he was on his way and then did not appear. This is inexcusable and has resulted in damage resulting from The leaking air conditioner. I demand an explanation.
