Timothy called ahead over an hour to let me know when to expect him. I Really Appreciated knowing this! When he arrived, right on time, he was courageous and professional, prepared to check out my appliance. He called the home warranty company to tell them what needs to be done, and sent them the pictures they required. He worked quickly and was out of my house within a short time.
