Rating our repair man
This situation has been the WORST ON RECORD IN ALL MY 25 yrs of home ownership! The extended service contract that we paid for is only as good as their ability to diagnose, order parts get them installed to resolve the issue…in this case it ended up over 2.5 months with out a washing machine! So horrific was this experience that we had to buy a new machine in the interim to save my marriage. So you may be wondering why I gave Guoxiong 5 stars… because he himself was excellent, professional and ultimately fixed the issue once the parts arrived. The extend warranty folks & our first repairman were all incompetent and useless to say the least! Thank you Guoxiong and I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Tim was timely, called before he arrived and arrived 15 minutes later. He explained what was wrong with my ovens and they couldn't be fixed but gave me a Best Buy coupon when I asked about buying a new set of ovens. Very professional appearance and attitude. All around great service.

Ruben did a clean job in diagnosing the issue. Explained the root cause of the issue. As the required parts are nomore sold by the manufacturer or other vendors, he shown some tricks to use the fridge until we buy a new one. Provided replacement part no. if we can find it anywhere like junk part sellers.
