Excellet work by Joseph
Joseph was cordial, experienced, and persistent when there was difficulty getting the needed part for my water heater. The part was difficult to find and took about two months to receive. Joseph installed it quickly after it arrived. There was some time lapse getting the appointment, however.

Brent arrived earlier than expected. That's great on a Friday afternoon. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the Craftsman snowblower. He got started changed or adjusted other parts. He taught me how to prevent build-up on the carburetor.
