My oven stopped working. Mark explained that the oven ignitor needed replacement. He was professional, curteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bob was great and knowledgeable regarding my dad's 30 year old Kenmore Dryer that was making a horrible scraping noise! We were so happy he actually had a part for it.
