Brent arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my snowblower and made a temporary repair to get it running again. Brent was clear with his explanation and offered me several repair options. He did an excellent job and I will not hesitate to reach out to Sears Home Services if needed in the future.

My oven wouldn't get above 385. I called Sears Home Services for an appointment. Mark was great on communication, was professional, was able to come a day early, and knew what the issue was with the oven right away. He had the part in stock and was in and out in about 1 hour. Oven works great now. thank you!
