Great experience. Scheduled the service yesterday online and my dishwasher is fixed today. The technician was early, quickly assessed what was wrong and the repair completed within an hour. Will definitely use Sears again for appliance repairs

Paul is absolutely outstanding! He was clear on the diagnosis, he ordered the parts and when they came he kept his word and returned to repair my appliances. Philip was a very efficient service tech. Diagnosed/fixed broken refrigerator. Knowledgeable and confident. Would recommend him highly! Too bad the Sears contact capability is so poor, that leaves a lot to be desired.
