Waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, called the morning of to tell me it’s been rescheduled for 2 more weeks. Unacceptable from a service company.

The Repairman Philip was wonderful, knowledgeable and respectful but the automated system to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments is very frustrating. My appointment was rescheduled several times, often on the same day the service was supposed to occur. Some of the automated info was false, provided repair schedule dates that were obviously wrong. The whole experience was utterly confusing and frustrating. It is impossible to get a hold of a real person who can help. I don’t know if I will be using Sears Home Services again just because I don’t ever want to deal with the automated system again.

Nothing got fixed machine still not dumping ice. Now been with out it for almost 3 weeks and they have to schedule another technician to come out a week later to then figure out what’s wrong.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Cancelled our service appointment ten minutes beforehand. Never dealt with such an unprofessional company before. There's a reason Sears is circling the drain. Just go ahead and flush this useless company the rest of the way.

Never again. I took an entire day off from work to sit from 8am to 5pm and wait for a repair person who NEVER SHOWED UP despite the appointment being confirmed by Sears the day before and the day of. This is not okay. No communication. No update about a time. Not even an updated window. Nothing. No way to call anyone to get any information. The worst customer service I have encountered. Never again. Never.
