Paul was beyond excellent. He found the issue and more importantly had the parts on his truck to fix it. I did not ask how long he has been with A&E but I could tell his passion for making sure the job gets done ASAP. I would highly recommend Paul as a tech

Timely and thorough service. Technician was great...I only wished the people on the phone were as customer service oriented. This was the 3rd scheduled service...1st two appointments were mysteriously non existent. Waited all day both days. Thank goodness it worked out today.
