The technician was excellent. He took the extra time and effort to make sure that I had my stove for Christmas and then he would fix the 2 burners a few days later after the parts came in.

Joe came out and verified the compressor was bad. I give 5 stars to Joe. However for Kenmore... it's a huge fail. I will NEVER buy another Kenmore product. 4 year old $2k fridge is dead and worthless. Never never again.
