Joe came out and verified the compressor was bad. I give 5 stars to Joe. However for Kenmore... it's a huge fail. I will NEVER buy another Kenmore product. 4 year old $2k fridge is dead and worthless. Never never again.

Great service technician. Our items was under warranty so there was no charge, but otherwise the service minimum charge would have been too high relative to the cost to replace the item with a new one.
