Joseph did a wonderful job diagnosing, ordering correct parts and repairing my GE refrigerator. He was courteous and really went above and beyond with cleaning up the area of the old parts he replaced. I am very happy with his work! The fridge and freezer compartments are already at the proper temperatures.

He fixed it. Only negative was dirty boots left a small mess near the appliance. Maybe use booties.
