The gentleman was prompt and did a tuneup on our lawnmower told me that I didn’t need new blades, but I chose to get new ones anyway told me how I could save money on an air filter by buying it myself and just dropping it in which was nice. All in all was great

Got it right on the parts, fixed and working perfectly. Getting the parts took a month, this was before Tariffs and trade disruption, I could have shaved 2 weeks off the delay if I bought the part from Amazon. Sears customer service is abysmal, they shuffle you about using Samantha an AI bot that can't help you, it intercepts your calls so you can't speak to a human unless you use a different phone. When you do get thru the team in India is only slightly more helpful. Really a shame.
