Technician Mark was incredible as I had multiple issues with stove which was not communicated to him nor were the instructions provided by manufacturer. But didn’t stop him from fixing stove after researching online and using his many years of experience to troubleshoot your fix all of the problems. After waiting 4+ months to have stove fixed I realize how valuable and rare someone like Mark is … whatever your paying him it is not enough!!

SUPER POLITE, BUT THE SERVICE IS BAD, John knew exactly what to do and is highly recommended, but Sears Warranty Service is not good. WAITED FOUR MONTHS TO GET FIXED AFTER THE PARTS HAD BEEN DELIVERED. Can't seem to talk to a human.
