I certainly was not disappointed with the workmanship of the two repairmen who came to the house. Both Reuben and Joe were professional and competent. I was annoyed at the 2 appointment cancellations (one the day of) which showed "behind the scenes" disorganization. This was very frustrating. Luckily we had a back up fridge to get us through the 5 wk delays.

Ruben, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. However, I had horrible problems communicating with the scheduling service. I could not verify my identity because they sent text messages to my landline for ID. Other text messages came to my mobile phone, such as this survey. It was nearly impossible to speak with a human. I managed to do that on two occasions by trying multiple times. They were unable to solve the problem. Because of the scheduling and communication issues, we will NOT purchase appliance warranties from Sears in the future. The refrigerator still doesn't work correctly. After 3 service calls and multiple part replacements, it will NOT make ice, the freezer won't cool below +25 deg F. I'm going to need to have the refrigerator replaced. We'll see how smoothly that goes. You never expect to need service when you buy an appliance. Sears did honor the extended warranty I purchased (so far), but cutting corners on customer service (AI only) ruined my experience Jay F.

The tech was very friendly and personal and professional as well as keeping my kitchen clean , he was great!! The service as a whole not reflecting on the tech but the company was terrible, multiple times of sending the wrong parts , multiple service dates blown off with no communication that nobody wasn't showing up, multiple days of work missed due to extreme lack of communication on Sears part I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of this, I could have just bought a new fridge in the two months of time waiting for Sears service to show up and not having a fridge for two months wasn't fun

Tim was great but no service was provided due to no Model or serial number. This was already known Prior to him coming out. I contacted sears (where I bought the appliance from) as suggested by Tim. But am still out of service.

Sears service tech did a good job fixing our electric range considering issue of difficulty in obtaining parts. Sears customer service was poor in terms of notifying us of a delay and the fact that tech was not going to be here on day selected, We weren't called nor could we reach customer service. Overall we are disappointed in Sears service, Web site makes contacting customer service difficult if not impossible. Considering annual cost of service contract this is unacceptable.

Waited all day for repair on a Monday. Supposed to be here between 8am and 5pm. 4:19pm sends me an email that my appointment is rescheduled to Tuesday of next week. All day waiting for a TEXT of when technician will arrive. This is for a refrigerator, another week with out a fridge. Don't try calling all you get is AI robots who tell you there are no humans to take your call. Totally lost me as a customer!

Tech was fine. But the scheduling was horrible. Somewhere between 8am and 5 pm? So I have to take the whole day off, just to have them reschedule after the tech was 2 hours late? Yeah this happened twice. This is just horrible service.
