Phil is very knowledgeable about this equipment and took the time to explain troubleshooting and repair tips. Unfortunately it took 5 canceled appointments and 8 weeks to get this repair visit.

Technician called early to let me know approximately when he would arrive. He did a very good job and corrected what the last technician who worked on the dryer had not put back together correctly.
