James jiggled a wire behind my fridge that he said was shorting, and he called for additional advice and was told for me to change the filter again and flush the system. But the new ice machine installed previously still won’t fill. I’m giving him a good report for his help, after I called him back and he said he would report the problem. But the problem isn’t fixed, after paying for a new ice machine installation previously, and for the two service calls. Reasonable price for this call, but overpriced for the previous one because it didn’t work. Just being unable to talk to Sears directly deserves zero stars.

Supper nice guy and dryer was heating when he left. However he left the water line off the dryer and when I turned on my washer water went everywhere. It has a spliter line. However there was a younger tech here on Monday (who came in a rental car and had no parts to fix it - even though I had already told them the dryer did not heat) he might had disconnected the line so the guy today might not had known it required a waterline.
