Tim was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. He went above and beyond to make sure my dryer was fixed correctly and in a timely manner. He also made sure to show and explain to me what he was doing, how he tested for issues, and what he was going to need to fix my issue. I really appreciate him taking the extra time to explain to me the process. It really shows his dedication and his experience to his craft along with the pride he takes in doing his job correctly and the professionalism he has for it.
