the technician Kareem was friendly and efficient and kept me informed of when he would arrive. Ask for him if you require refrigerator repairs. The reason for only 2 stars—we had a very minor repair (interior lights not working) but it took 3 appointments and a month to accomplish it. ( the first appointment was a no show that was not the technician’s fault).

NEW UPDATE: MONTH EIGHT of attempted repairs. No return phone call from customer service. All phone numbers leaf to an AI answering system and will not connect to a human. UPDATE: On month SEVEN of attempted repair. Last appointment failed again. Can not get a human on the phone (number provided in reply to my review is the same AI number that never gets to a human), can not schedule an appointment online. This company is a SCAM! Do NOT use them! We have had a broken appliance for MONTHS while being on the repair membership. They will schedule you an appt for repair from 8am to 5pm (forcing you to take off work) then at the end of the day will change the appointment to another date. You can NOT get a human on the phone (only an automated voice). Do NOT use them or sign up for their membership.

Came out a few times first time ordered wrong part second time was I thought going to be a good day turned out to be almost all day job. First thing the technician started to get to work within about 30 minutes in he almost caught my house on fire smoked filled home remind you, when he came in he needed a towel which got for him he laid it on the stove top when taking oven door off something caused the stove top to lite. He never would say remind you well he leaves comes back with a technician who knew how to do the job since he didn’t know how to put my oven door back on. He still hasn’t told me what caused my house to fill with smoke from kitchen I wait and look after he has left since I have now a water mess under the part box so that’s why I had to look the towel he used of mine soaked with water leaking from my part box. This is very upsetting to get the smoke smell first out and smoke detectors to quit sounding now a water mess.I hope they look more into Justin the technician this shouldn’t have happened.

I will never use thos company again. They came out 3-4 times and never got my heater to work. Rhe temperature was in the 20°. I had to run my heater 24/7. My bill came to $390 the month of Nov and about $250 in Dec. I never talked to a live person. We had to go out and locate a contractor to fix our problem. So there service is extremely poor.

I'm not one to write reviews, but what an abysmal service this turned out to be. I felt compelled to share the experience. We needed a warranty repair done to our refrigerator, this is the only company our Lowes Protection Plan would schedule the repair through. We scheduled 3 different appointments across the span of 2 weeks and they cancelled every time with no warning. IF you want to speak to someone about it, you can't. You'll get Samantha, their AI assistant. They are an AI only company with scheduling and customer service. The absolute lack of customer service or any sort of communication from this company was laughable. They're "overbooked" or too busy? No problem, just let us know that so we can take necessary action. It's no wonder Sear's stores went out of business with the bozos they have running their corporation. And watch and see the owner's comment, "This isn't the service we aim to provide", and they'll want to "make it right" by providing a 1-800 number to call to fix our mess..... I already called it......... TWICE. My wife also called it. no....one....answered...... we ended up getting sent back to the same AI assistant that we already spoke with. You think the AI understands that it's booked 3 appointments and cancelled each time? I don't think so. You think I'm gonna give you a 4th chance to correct this? Absolutely not. You stick to your AI assistant and corporate cheerleading pizza parties, I can have this fixed locally tomorrow.

Daniel turned down our repair & we had to wait two weeks for another company to come out & check out our heat, which is crazy during this cold time of year. I actually text Daniels cell phone (the one he confirmed the appointment with) and he never had the professional curiosity to reply back or call back. I remember when the company name “Sears” meant something.

Requested service on my washing machine and was sent a tech who services refrigerators. Sounded like the service tech was watching videos on how to work on my machine. He managed to get some error codes off the machine. I was told which one he “believes” was the problem and was told he “believes” the other ones “should” be fine even though he was not sure what one of them meant. He said he would have to dive deeper to know what it meant. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
