They all lie! Go around and around in a circle! Never can get a supervisor! They have supposedly been repairing washer since last November,2023! They don't care what hardship they create! The technicians are not truthful they tell lies. When you call to get something done about anything nothing gets done! They have taken my money without providing service!!!

I only selected one star because i could not write a review without doing so. I have nothing good to say about Sears Warranty Coverage. I have been without a dishwasher and a dryer for over 6 months now. Parts are not available and then they reorder and postpone repairs over and over. I have requested replacements but that has never been approved. I have called over 15 times in the last 5 months and get no help, no response, nothing. I am over it. I paid over $2500 for a 5 year warranty and they are not standing behind it. BEWARE!!!!!

After five months without a dishwasher while waiting on parts, the service appointment was on Friday. The service person was here for alone three hours. He left thinking everything was fixed. I just ran the dishwasher ac full cycle and go into the kitchen to find water and soap suds all over the floor. Not a happy customer! I will be calling first thing on Monday.

I got the service plan worst thing ever. Someone was suppose to come out and never came and no text email nothing. Waited all day and nothing. Called and had to wait over an hour to even talk to someone. This is the worst service ever. Asked for my deposit back 2 weeks ago and still waiting on it. Couldn't cancel the membership because they say I still have a claim. Been on the phone for over an hour today with them and been switched to 3 other people. I will probably have to call back again.

Two weeks wait to check out my refrigerator! Then the AI couldn't cancel my appointment wanted me to hold for 20 minutes. Very poor service

The ice maker was still not making ice after replacing the unit ($600). Apparently there was a fan that wasn’t working either but wasn’t diagnosed the first time. It was going to cost another $400! Had it been diagnosed the first time, it probably would have been cheaper because there would not have been an additional labor cost. At least we were not charged for the visit.
