Phil showed up as arranged by phone. He was very respectful of my property and worked quickly to diagnose the issue and to repair the issue on his return visit. Phil explained the problems and gave a realistic timeline for completion.

Everything was great!! The only item item I would improve is maybe split the appointments 8 to 12 and 12 to 5 because it’s a long time just sitting and waiting.
