Phil is professional, experienced and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose my washing machine's problem, tell me exactly what was wrong, how old the machine was, and pronounce it dead.That's what I needed verification of before purchasing an new one. Also, I was able to get an appointment in one day! Perhaps it was luck of the draw, but with the other repair services I contacted, I would still be waiting 3-4 days! Thank you, Phil and thank you Sears Appliance Repair. I will certainly use this company for appliance repair in the future!
