l guess I can say great service on behalf of the technician. It took him about 30 minutes to diagnose the fault/issue. Everything thing else above the technician is horrible; it should not have taken from 30 June (initial call) until 17 Jul (when the technician finally arrived) to just tell me my compressor is bad. Also, I have a Master Protection Agreement (MPA) The question is , why did it take roughly 3 weeks to address a bad compressor? I could have told myself that. IPoint here is, don't advertise false information reference (MPAs) It is really sad.. I've been associated with the Sears Warranty program for over 12 years (Master Protection Agreement and Whole Home). At this point, I have to seriously consider moving to another Warranty company that could provide a little better service. A refrigerator is a major item within any home. Sears is just not what it use to be. Last thing, they need to get rid of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process repair request. The algorithm for their businesses is unsatisfactory. AI can only do only so much with a customer request for services. More to follow.. Donald

Phil did a fantastic job repairing our dishwasher!! He explained everything in detail and was very meticulous. Phil also provided us suggestions to make our dishwasher more efficiently. One of the best repairmen I’ve ever met. You are lucky to have him as an employee!!
