This service was for a maintenance service on the heat pump. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the extra effort to make suggestions and resolve issues with dust getting in and around the unit.

Technician was great. They installed a new ice maker, But ice maker still doesn’t work. I specifically said that it wasn’t filling with water.

Technician was so professional, polite, very concerned about my washer being out of service. The only thing that I have concerns with is the parts weren't OE parts. Generic parts were sent to me. Considering it took you 5 frigging months to fix my washer I will never ever call your company for anything. Sincerely John E Boyd
