Technician was so professional, polite, very concerned about my washer being out of service. The only thing that I have concerns with is the parts weren't OE parts. Generic parts were sent to me. Considering it took you 5 frigging months to fix my washer I will never ever call your company for anything. Sincerely John E Boyd

The service was fine. But getting them there was terrible. They cancelled twice and then did not show up on the 3rd appointment. I was unable to ever talk with anyone is scheduling about those issues. Only a chatbot. There was no phone number to call. Ever. Only a link to their online scheduling.

My fridge still isn't working properly after they repaired it Monday. The repair guy was nice, but the part he changed didn't fix the cooling problem. Gonna have to call them tomorrow.

Phillip has been trying to fix our dishwasher for the last 3 visits and today we believe we have success. However, the repair customer service virtual program SUCKS!!!. I confirmed each appointment multiple times. That tells me something is wrong. When I tried to reach out after the first "Phil" came 2x and supposedly ordered a part and did not and did not leave any way to contact him was FRUSTRATING!! I will NOT be recommending Sears repair to anyone!! Ever!!!

We had an issue with our Kenmore Elite washing machine not expelling all the water after washing a load of clothes. We set up an appointment with Sears Appliance Repair for an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm window and received a link to follow the techs progress during the day. Our appointment time kept being pushed back until a little after 2:00 pm and then it never changed. Of course the tech never showed or bother to call. I then got a text the next day setting up another day for a tech to come. He came and said it was a pump and ordered the part. He then returned at the end of the week to finish the repair. After installing the new pump I assume, he told us the washer was running to clean it and when it stopped we could use it. About 20 minutes after he left, we discovered the washer had stopped again with standing water in the washer and we could not make it come back on to dump the water. I called the tech and left a message and then sent a text. He never responded. I have waited all day today and of course have yet to have the courtesy of a call back from the tech. We tried to call the company number but could not talk to a person to explain our situation, so we had to set up another appointment for next week. This has been a totally frustrating experience with an obviously incompetent tech who really does not seem to care whether he fixes the washer or not. Totally unacceptable and if we ever get Sears to fix what we paid for I will definitely never call them again or buy another product from Sears!
