Mr. Philip is a true professional that takes his time to explain the issue then gets to works and resolves the issue in a timely manner. He’s very respectful and knowledgeable. He fixed my range and it’s as good as new. I would give him 100 stars if it were possible. Thank you!

Philip was very kind, professional, and informative during his visit. Although my stove could not be repaired due to its age and parts no longer being available, he took the time to clearly explain the issue and provided helpful education so I could fully understand the situation. I truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and the care he showed during the visit. Excellent customer service.
