Absolutely a please. Vey respectful and knowledgeable young man. He had a trainee with him and explained every detail of the repair with confidence and positive feedback. What a great trainer. My repair was fast and efficient.

Phil did an outstanding job repairing my dishwasher. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and attention to detail were obvious. He explained exactly what the issue was, walked me through every step of the repair, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. What really stood out was the extra time he took to share maintenance tips and best practices to extend the life of my dishwasher. That level of care is rare these days, and it shows he truly takes pride in his work. If you need appliance repair done right the first time, ask for Phil. Highly recommended!
