Phil fixed my oven quickly after the part finally arrived. He also gave a quick education on maintaining my oven. I was disappointed in the time it took for the part to arrive the second time which was a replacement for the 1st replacement which was bent way out of shape. The 5 stars are for the technician. The automated service kept pushing my dates back due to an issue with its process ... 😪 Normally I would reduces stars for that ...
