Even though Ramiro did not have the fix anything at the moment, he did explain what he was doing and if the problem return what would happen at this point. He has been to my home before and is very informative and knowable.

All three Sears staff technicians that visited over 2 visits (14 days between visits allowed to receive replacement parts) were great. Hope my home warranty continues to use Sears Home Services to Support there clients needs.
