This service was for a maintenance service on the heat pump. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the extra effort to make suggestions and resolve issues with dust getting in and around the unit.

Technician was so professional, polite, very concerned about my washer being out of service. The only thing that I have concerns with is the parts weren't OE parts. Generic parts were sent to me. Considering it took you 5 frigging months to fix my washer I will never ever call your company for anything. Sincerely John E Boyd

The service was fine. But getting them there was terrible. They cancelled twice and then did not show up on the 3rd appointment. I was unable to ever talk with anyone is scheduling about those issues. Only a chatbot. There was no phone number to call. Ever. Only a link to their online scheduling.
