Technician was so professional, polite, very concerned about my washer being out of service. The only thing that I have concerns with is the parts weren't OE parts. Generic parts were sent to me. Considering it took you 5 frigging months to fix my washer I will never ever call your company for anything. Sincerely John E Boyd

The service was fine. But getting them there was terrible. They cancelled twice and then did not show up on the 3rd appointment. I was unable to ever talk with anyone is scheduling about those issues. Only a chatbot. There was no phone number to call. Ever. Only a link to their online scheduling.
