The service was fine. But getting them there was terrible. They cancelled twice and then did not show up on the 3rd appointment. I was unable to ever talk with anyone is scheduling about those issues. Only a chatbot. There was no phone number to call. Ever. Only a link to their online scheduling.

He looked on outside refrigerator, checked the plug in and said he was recommending a new replacement. Didn't say what was wrong. Pleasant person and left.

My fridge still isn't working properly after they repaired it Monday. The repair guy was nice, but the part he changed didn't fix the cooling problem. Gonna have to call them tomorrow.

Phillip has been trying to fix our dishwasher for the last 3 visits and today we believe we have success. However, the repair customer service virtual program SUCKS!!!. I confirmed each appointment multiple times. That tells me something is wrong. When I tried to reach out after the first "Phil" came 2x and supposedly ordered a part and did not and did not leave any way to contact him was FRUSTRATING!! I will NOT be recommending Sears repair to anyone!! Ever!!!

We had an issue with our Kenmore Elite washing machine not expelling all the water after washing a load of clothes. We set up an appointment with Sears Appliance Repair for an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm window and received a link to follow the techs progress during the day. Our appointment time kept being pushed back until a little after 2:00 pm and then it never changed. Of course the tech never showed or bother to call. I then got a text the next day setting up another day for a tech to come. He came and said it was a pump and ordered the part. He then returned at the end of the week to finish the repair. After installing the new pump I assume, he told us the washer was running to clean it and when it stopped we could use it. About 20 minutes after he left, we discovered the washer had stopped again with standing water in the washer and we could not make it come back on to dump the water. I called the tech and left a message and then sent a text. He never responded. I have waited all day today and of course have yet to have the courtesy of a call back from the tech. We tried to call the company number but could not talk to a person to explain our situation, so we had to set up another appointment for next week. This has been a totally frustrating experience with an obviously incompetent tech who really does not seem to care whether he fixes the washer or not. Totally unacceptable and if we ever get Sears to fix what we paid for I will definitely never call them again or buy another product from Sears!

It has been 2 months since I purchased repair services from Sears and my appliance is still not fixed. Sears has missed 2 appointments without notice. Sears customer service has yet to explain this issue. Do not go with Sears. You will get stuck paying $800 for nothing. UPDATE on 03NOV: As of today, Sears has missed the third appointment with no notice. This is not a service. This is a scam. They can give me no updates or reason why these appointments keep getting missed. They have made no attempt at restitution, and they refuse to give me a refund for the $600 that I have already paid for services NOT rendered. Sears is a scam. Do not use this "service."

This was the worst experience. From start to finish. First repairman barely spoke English but still identified the so called problem said he ordered the part, then part did not arrive until later but also after he left yhe freezer stopped working and the flex drawer. Then when the technician was scheduled to come back no one heard him but the app said he had come and gone because we were not home. Everyone was in the living room plus I have 3 dogs trust me when I say someone would have heard him. Then when I tried to contact someone went into AI hell for customer service because we finally have the part. But now when I try to reschedule it says the ticket is closed on american home shield because the technician closed it and I get routed to a survey. I hate writing negative comments but without yhe ability to talk to someone well I have no choice.

In to big of a hurry the first trip and could t track at all today so spent the whole day waiting

Technician was supposed to arrive between 7:27 and 8:57am. They provided that time, I didn’t ask for it. But I was ready. He didn’t show up until 3:30pm. Never received a notification of his delay. The Sears site doesn’t provide info to contact technician, and they don’t have an option for their representative to contact the technician to ask for an updated timeline. We basically burned a full day waiting for him to show up. He showed up and couldn’t provide a real option to fix the fridge. $129 bill for Sears to waste my time. I strongly recommend using a different service.
