Roger showed up promptly and he made me aware of when he was going to show up, which was a big deal to me. He came in. He was very polite went directly to work did the diagnostics and even though I did not get good news, I felt very comfortable with what he told me and his suggestions

Clement M. was so efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed my refrigerator problem quickly and all was good. Sears should be very proud to have Clement M. as one of their Service Technicians on their employ. Clement M. is the best.
