Great Find!
Sears Service came to my rescue when I was in a bind with an ice maker. They were in check with texts and calls through the whole process. Range hood repair

Cafe Induction Unit Repair
Robert was very pleasant and knowledgable. The Cafe unit being totally electronic, so finding the issue was difficult. It appears that the user interface connection was loose. Robert unplugged and reinstalled it. The unit now works. It appears that the interface connector was loose, probably during factory installation or kitchen installation.
