Andrew excellent
Andrew explained, and also listened as to what he saw and what I was experiencing with my washing machine. Unfortunately the "main office" would not provide authorization to complete the repair needed, not sure as to why. He sent video answers questions, he took the machine apart found the problem and yet he was not given authorization to complete the job. He certainly knew what he was doing

Great Find!
Sears Service came to my rescue when I was in a bind with an ice maker. They were in check with texts and calls through the whole process.
