Disappointed

Although Roger did a great job, he informed me our washer couldn't be fixed due to no parts available. I am wondering why when I placed the service call and gave them the washer serial number and what the problem was, they could not determine at that time the motor was not available any longer. Not happy with Sears but very satisified with Roger.
