Service Software leaves a bit to be desired, but my technician was TOP NOTCH. First visit to assess the problem, back in w days with the part to repair the machine. Clean, prompt, polite. Great service tech!!

Boris was very friendly, professional and courteous. Despite being sent the wrong replacement parts after he placed the first order and damaged parts on the second order he was still able to resolve the issue and we really appreciated it… especially after being inconvenienced twice.
