Trever was knowledgeable and professional. He repaired my mower quickly and advised me on maintenance. On the past appointment, I attempted to telephone a live Sears agent to communicate with Trever. It is impossible to speak with a live agent. I found this unacceptable. While our world has gone to texts and emails for most messaging, it is inconceivable that there are no provisions to talk to humans. Consider changes.
