He was on time and pleasant. He completed the diagnostic and told me what I needed to do to ‘repair it.’ It was not the dishwasher, but an electrical issue. This is for Sears as an org. It would be great if service people have a form of ID that verifies who they are and they work for Sears.

repair person did a great job repairing our ice maker, but left 2 screws on a shelf inside the refrigerator which i think belong to the ice maker and should have been installed

Quick, Simple, non technical replacement of upper ice maker bucket. One star deduction as technican's only call was to ask if he could STILL come. THAT call WAS 28 minutes AFTER the 4 hour arrival window had passed.
