The technicians were expert and well prepared to address the situation at our home in a timely manner. Unfortunately the communications gap / confusion that exists between the call center, customers and field technicians was too apparent.

It’s always nerve-wracking to call a service company you don’t know - about a service issue you scared of the cost for!!! Anyway, SEARS is a trusted name. And their sales technician was incredibly kind, helpful, and fully worth the upfront fee of $129 to resolve my issue. Thank you, William!!!
