Excellent service and knowledge on this machine. Excellent communication from them and from the company itself. Ordered part from the house and sent it next day Fex Ex. From start to finish a great experience . Wish they had a refrigerator magnet to put on my unit to keep reminding me who to call on future needs.

Nicolas has been here before, we really like him, a very friendly guy.. the washing machine had too many things wrong w it to repair so Lowes is going to relace it

Trevor was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me my options. The service call charge was a little high which can be applied to any repair, unfortunately, SEARS charges wayyy too much for parts & service. Thanks Trevor
