We contacted Sears Home Services to repair our gas dryer. The service person repaired the problem in less than an hour. The cost was $30 for parts and $300 for labor! That is amoral. I could understand a labor charge of $100 or so, but $300...that is unethical. I would strongly suggest that no one be cheated by using this company.

Beware this is a fraudulent business. They show an old sears building on website page. They just try to sell warranty. Outsource to foreign countries for service.
