Tim responded to our home to service a very enjoyed and very necessary Samsung Range/Stovetop. The main three element burner was malfunctioning. Tim ordered the correct parts and installed them within 10 days of our first reporting the problem. Tim was friendly, courteous and very neat. We thank Sears for sending such a great service person

Technician was on time and checked my units even in he pouring rain. He was very skilled and very nice and respectful also helping me by putting new batteries in my thermostat that I had because I could not do it myself. I hope he will return again to maintain my system.
