Matt was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Took care of my leaking fridge quickly. He even ordered the correct filters for me on my phone. Rescheduled appt. and came back to install water filter and check everything was good too! He gave EXCELLENT customer service!

Matt was great. He ordered parts 3 times and 2 times we were sent the wrong parts for our refrigerator/freezer Third time was a charm and we finally got our freezer repaired. I would specifically ask for Matt if we ever have another appliance issue. 🙂
