They are holding my refund hostage $580.10 since May 4th it’s now June 2nd well past their 10 business day policy when I called they said I have to give them an additional 5-6 business days before I will know the status of my refund Good luck getting your money back

Scheduled appointment for today. Technician WAS A NO SHOW after I sat and waited all day. Could not speak to human. Do not recommend this company or Timothy, Technician , assigned to case as he never called to report on his situation orcwhen i got ecpect himCompany is a scam!!!!!

The technicians were friendly, however the initial assessment was incomplete, and there are no representatives to talk to…all AI bots. $400 later, my dryer is even louder than when we started and I’m told it’s another $400 to replace another part. If the initial assessment had included actually looking inside the body of the dryer, I would have paid for the visit and bought myself a new dryer. Now I just have to cross my fingers and plug my ears and hope that it lasts a couple more years.

Our original service date was 10/20/2025, and we have now been forced to submit four, now FIVE, additional service requests because the issue was never actually fixed. Then, during the service request opened 12/29/2025, NO SEARS PRO SHOWED UP AT ALL, yet it was magically closed as “service complete.” That is absurd. Sears pulled a no-call, no-show for every single scheduled appointment under that request: 1/2/26, 1/7/26 (AM), 1/7/26 (PM), 1/9/26, 1/13/26, AND NOW 1/24/2026. Not one technician came to our home. Instead, the assigned “pro,” JAMIEL S, blatantly falsified documentation, NOW TWICE, claiming he showed up, repaired our refrigerator, and completed the service. That never happened, not once. Beyond the obvious dishonesty, this has become a health and safety issue. I am a Type 1 Diabetic, and I rely on a functional refrigerator to safely store insulin. We also have a young child, and ever since the last Sears technician touched the refrigerator, it has been making a HORRENDOUS and disruptive noise that keeps our son awake at night. The fact that we are still dealing with the same unresolved issue, combined with false reporting, repeated no-shows, and zero accountability, is beyond frustrating. Calling this “service” is a joke. Sears has made it crystal clear that they do not take customer concerns, or their own obligations, seriously.

Technician did not show. A nightmare working with this company. They claim they completed job and sent invoice when no one has been to my home. Update: we called and another appointment was scheduled for today from 8-3pm. The last update said he would arrive at 7pm tonight. And he no showed again. Not sure how this is acceptable. Total of 3 days now waiting. What can be done?

He is a liar. He told us that the refrigerator had the part on it but if it didn’t make ice within 24 hours that we need to call AHS and tell them it did not work and he did not know what else to do to fix it. When I called AHS this morning and told them it still was not making ice the said he told them it was working perfectly.

Bryan, the original tech did not actually troubleshoot the issue. Just wanted to throw parts at it... one at a time... one week between appointments. This company is a joke, tech was almost worse than the AI customer service. The final tech, Johnathan was pretty good though. He took the time to understand what had happened so far and assure me he would get it fixed.

Be wary of these people I’ve had them for a while never really had any issues until as of lately. They take your money and then they don’t come out and fix anything. Keep getting text messages saying they’re waiting for parts that have been sitting in my house for a week and a half can’t get nobody on the phone. Don’t pay them. It’s a waste of money look for another place. Been without a dryer for almost a month because they keep rescheduling

If I could give 0 stars I would. The time window for a technician to come is 8 am - 5 pm. I have had 3 separate appointments to repair a dishwasher. I get confirmations on the day of the appointment then usually around midday, I get a text that the technician cannot come and will need to reschedule. So aggravating.
